Round brushes and roller brushes perform a wide variety of tasks in industry and commerce, for example in food processing. The first two images show round brushes in a carrot washing plant. There, the brushes perform the actual cleaning work and thus have a decisive influence on the washing result.
In the third image, you can see a roller brush applying egg to fine pastry. Through the targeted selection of bristle material, bristle density, and brush design, cylinder and roller brushes can be optimally matched to the respective product and the desired process.
The correct school of fish composition
The correct bristle arrangement is a crucial factor for the function of a brush. Depending on the application, different layouts are used:
In linear tufting, the rows run straight and parallel, whereas in staggered tufting, they are offset from one another. Spiral tufting is characterized by diagonally running rows with a continuous spiral structure. In arrowhead tufting, V-shaped rows of tufts form the characteristic arrowhead pattern.

The uncomplicated solution: Our Standard roller brushes
Our standard roller brushes are ideal for the rapid and cost-effective production of single pieces and small batches. The individual brushes can be seamlessly stacked and combined to form longer brushes. Four pre-assembled variants with nylon coating are available in our Online store Available.
The durable PVC base bodies can, upon request, also be equipped with horse hair, steel wire or other materials. This allows the brush to be flexibly adapted to different applications, thereby providing a quick and uncomplicated solution.

Clever Connection systems
Especially in the case of longer designs, a multi-part roller brush can be useful. Depending on the design and application, different connection systems are used:
In the pinned connection, the individual elements are firmly joined together by pins. By contrast, the zig-zag system interlocks positively with its toothed contours. With the cam offset, stepped connecting elements ensure the precise alignment and reliable drive of the individual segments.
Thus, with the appropriate connection system, it can be ensured that the roller brush runs stably and that power transmission and ease of maintenance meet the respective requirements.
